Quality Control

Quality control at Chun Tara Industries is applied at every stage of production, not only at the end of the line:

Incoming Material Checks — Steel is checked for grade and consistency before it enters production.
In-Process Inspection — Dimensions, jaw alignment, ratchet action and joint tension are checked at each stage of manufacturing.
Hardness Testing — Heat-treated instruments are tested to confirm they meet the correct hardness range for their function.
Functional Testing — Cutting instruments are tested for a clean, complete cut; locking instruments are checked for smooth, secure ratchet action.
Surface & Finish Inspection — Instruments are inspected for a smooth, defect-free finish and proper passivation before packing.
Final Random Inspection — A final batch inspection is carried out before packing and dispatch.

We are happy to accommodate buyer-specific inspection requirements, including third-party pre-shipment inspection, on request.
